Hi! I made this lasagna twice because my family loved it! Just one question… my filling had a weird gray color that is a little off putting. Any suggestions as I will definitely be making it again. Thanks! Tracey

I love the idea of using tofu instead of ricotta! I do have a couple of questions, though.
1. Do you press the tofu to drain it, or use it with its full moisture?
2. The dish in your photos looks a lot smaller than 9 x 13″. My lasagna dish is a real 9×13″ and it makes a lot more than 4 servings of lasagna. Maybe you use an 8×10″?

The recipe did not seem to call for enough ingredients to fill a 9×13 with two layers of each. I had to make more noodles, and I doubled the “cheese” filling. The taste was pretty good though.

I was a little worried it wasn’t going to be saucy enough, as I used gluten free rice lasagna ready to bake, but, Oh wow! The flavor was perfect! The ready bake noodles, excellent. New favorite right here.
