I must agree with R Lee, I have tried a few of your recipes and have enjoyed them all. The family all loved this one, very moreish as they all went up for seconds!

Switched out the kale for Swiss chard to use up the copious amount in my garden and made it more summery with fresh dill and basil. So good! Will be making this one again for sure!

Hey there! This is my 1st comment but it is long overdue. Every. Single. Recipe. I’ve made from your site is perfect. Background: I’m Indian & my family is multicultural & we all prefer spicy & “more seasoned” dishes. When I’m looking for non-Indian vegetarian options I always find myself coming back to your recipes. I did add a plant based fennel Italian sausage to this dish but it would’ve been just as delicious without it. Thanks for sharing!

I was craving a pasta dish with sun-dried tomatoes and all the other recipes I looked at were so heavy. This one was perfect – indulgent yet nutritious, savory and bright. So good!
