Wanna let you know I made these for dinner, minus the okra, but added shredded purple cabbage and cilantro…so yum. No time for a picture, unfortunately. Pretty, tasty and wonderfully messy:)

I love the idea of using sweet potatoes in the dish. I feel like sometimes Mexican dishes have too much bite to them and I think the sweet potatoes will definitely tone down that spiciness. I can’t wait to try this recipe for myself!
