While I have used so many of your recipes, I have never commented. This is my go to elevated girl dinner. It has become my Monday night dinner when my fiancé is at golf and makes the perfect leftovers for work the following day. I would take this tofu over a meat dish any day of the week. Thank you for another fabulous recipe!

This recipe is pure magic proof that simple ingredients, treated with intention, can rival anything from a restaurant. The sesame crust, the tangy marinade, the sriracha mayo drizzled on top... it's not just a meal, it's a moment. You've turned humble tofu into something worth craving. Thank you for making plant-based cooking feel like a celebration!

Made this for dinner last night with a stir fry. Honestly, I think this might be the first time I've actually enjoyed tofu. It was delicious. Only one change - had to sub rice wine vinegar with white wine vinegar. Will def make again. I'll probably make more of the marinade next time, so I can add to the veggies when I stir fry.

Hi Julie, I'm surprised the sesame seeds stuck to the parchment! I recommend using a thin spatula to get between the seeds and the parchment and flipping slowly. In regards to spraying with olive oil, we mean to use an olive oil cooking spray to lightly oil the tofu. You could use any type of cooking spray you like, though!

It would be nice if you updated the recipe to reflect this new temperature for ovens. Thank you I'm making it now
