Came across you recently and “clicked” with the cooking…. However please can the temperatures in Fahrenheit be bracketed with the centigrade equivalent. I live in a part of the world outside the USA. Thanks.

That is not a sweet potato, it is a YAM. Different plants. Yam fries are not near as good tasting as sweet potato fries. Sweet potatoes are white flesh, brown skin, some red skin. Japanese ones are purple bluish.

I enjoy roasted sweet potatoes with roasted chicken and drained frozen spinach at end to heat up
