I was able to make it a 5 star sauce with some tweaking though. First, I used smoke paprika instead of regular paprika, next, I added Cajun seasoning, and the most important addition was a fair amount of honey. This transformed the sauce into something quite good and tasted much more similar to what I had in New Orleans]]></description>
