didn’t come out runny like poached eggs should be AT ALL. very hard yolks & perfectly timed …. very dissapointed i would recommend 2 minutes only

I’ve never commented on a recipe before, but I am so happy I could cry. I’ve been trying (and failing) to make poached eggs for way too long and I really gave up. But this method is fool proof and I nailed it first time. Thank you so much!

Love this! Poached eggs really are the unsung heroes of quick meals so simple, yet they elevate everything. Totally adopting ‘Put a poached egg on it’ as my new mantra!
