Delicious! Took them to a gathering and got rave reviews and requests for the recipe. Yes, they have a lot of sugar in them (and no, coconut sugar is not better for you than regular sugar), but a delicious indulgence!

In reply to sonia. Hi Sonia, did you line your baking sheet with parchment paper? Sometimes cookies can burn underneath if you bake them directly on the baking sheet.

Hello. Mine turned out perfect and delicious but the bottoms were burnt. I cooked for 11 minutes at 350°, and they came out nice and chewy so I don’t think I overcook them. Is there anything I can do so the bottoms don’t burn?

Can I freeze these whether prior to baking to save for another day or post-baking? The mix makes too many and I’m worried I’ll eat them all!
