I made this with carne asada. It was awesome!!! Since I cannot eat spicy food, I found Mt Olive Candied Jalapeno slices and used them. So good.

Wow, this is so tasty and easy to make! I’ll be honest, I was planning to make a different corn salad but I was missing an ingredient so I found your recipe. Highly recommend it. When my super fussy spouse likes something I know it’s a keeper. I’ll be making this over and over again. Perfect for the summer! I also cheated and used canned kernels, charred a bit in a frying pan. Still amazing!
