SO good! Moist, lemon-y, and plenty of berries. I made mine using nonfat Greek Yogurt, since that’s what I had, and I don’t know how it could have come out better.

I was so excited to make this over the holiday weekend, but was also surprised by how the middle is totally like batter – not cooked at – after 60 minutes. Bummer is that edges are like to be over baked. My guess is that the frozen berries added too much moisture. I plan to scale back to 1 cup and perhaps reduce the yogurt to a 1/2 cup.
