I would like to comment, If you have fresh farm eggs, you can peel them easy, but you have to steam them. I put my eggs in a steamer, on the stove, turn the burner on high set the timer for 18 mins. And cover. Once the timer goes off. Take the pan off the stove fill it up with cold water so that the eggs are submerged. I let it sit until the eggs cool and can be handled. Peel. the trick for farm fresh eggs is steaming them.
