I always considered myself a pro at boiling corn, but oh my goodness, this is the best corn I've ever made! I did add some sugar and I was completely amazed! For my topping I did a stick of butter, a teaspoon of hot taco seasoning a tablespoon of mayonnaise and fresh finely pulsed parmesan. Seriously I can't stop eating this! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Thanks. I never thought to look for a recipe when I bought my first corn cobs. Having got all the silk off them I just put them in a pot of water that only just covered them, brought the water to the boil, removed the cobs from the water, put them on a plate, stabbed each end with cob holders and slathered them with plenty of butter. I then sunk my teeth into one of them. Heaven. I guess I like them virtually uncooked?
