Delicious! I went a little rogue with this one to make it a healthier breakfast bread but it held up beautifully to my modifications: I subbed 1 cup of the all purpose flour for a mix of buckwheat and oat flour, subbed 1/4 nonfat Greek yogurt for half the oil, reduced the sugar to 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup maple syrup, and added about 2TBS of flax meal. Also threw in a good handful of walnut pieces in addition to the chocolate chips. I baked all of it in a 9x12 pan for 45 minutes, covering the top with foil for the last 15 to avoid burning. It’s fluffy and tastes lightly sweet and wonderful!

Hi Patricia, I've never tested using a higher ratio of almond flour in this recipe. It might work, but I think the bread will be denser.
