I’m making it now and plan to use mint instead of tarragon (I’m adding thin sliced fennel too).

My mom made this last night. It was flipping amazing! 10/10 will make again. She blanched the beans and did all the veggie prep early to get that out of the way, then added all the goodies when it was time to serve. Delicious recipe with so much flavor!
