I used quick oats! I did find that the bars we&#039;re pretty flimsy, but I&#039;m not sure if that&#039;s from the oats or too much pb. I&#039;ve never made them before so can&#039;t compare with whole oats. They tasted amazing though so I&#039;ll definitely be testing out some adaptations]]></description>

I might try this again and reduce the PB by at least to 1/2 cup and add whole unsalted roasted peanuts to give more crunch and dimension.
