Best GF pancakes I’ve had. These are so flavorful, but also nice and fluffy. We’ve started using this recipe weekly. I also have her book the Simple version of Cannelle et Vanille and make the best breads I’ve had and we make her lemon olive oil cake and chocolate olive oil cakes often. My husband isn’t gf and loves them just as much as I do. Just a few ideas for those who liked this recipe as much as we did.

WOW. These are the best pancakes I’ve ever had, gluten free or not! Super easy. Cannot mess it up. Followedthe directions exactly with my 6 year old daughter who is currently eating them…and quiet(that’s how you know it’s good LOL) I haven’t had a good pancake in years, this is, hands down, the best pancake I have ever made. Thank you so much.

These are now my go-to recipe that my family requests every weekend. What I’d love even more is if I didn’t have to use measuring cups… Any chance you could provide weight measurements?
