Do you think spraying these with a generous amount of avocado oil before baking would provide the same crispiness as the drizzled olive oil?

I tweaked the recipe. I left out the salt and fresh coriander (due to a dislike) . I added 1/2 tsp of paprika and a little olive oil into the mix. They tasted great 😃

In reply to Sam. Hi Sam, I would fully bake the falafel, then freeze them. They reheat well in an air fryer or 400°F oven.

These are soooo delicious!
Just wondering if they are ok to freeze? Or can the mixture be frozen and then thawed and cooked in the oven fresh?
