Made these tonight. Followed the recipe, but I still cooked them in oil instead of baking them. They were so good…even my kids loved them! Will definitely put these in the dinner rotation.

Do you think spraying these with a generous amount of avocado oil before baking would provide the same crispiness as the drizzled olive oil?

I tweaked the recipe. I left out the salt and fresh coriander (due to a dislike) . I added 1/2 tsp of paprika and a little olive oil into the mix. They tasted great 😃
