Great recipe!! Loved the shallot addition to yours compared to others I found. I added a good size dollop of cream cheese when adding the Parmesan with some extra seasonings and it was a hit!! Don’t think I’ll buy frozen cream spinach again!! Also, this would work great as a dip!

This recipe tasted GREAT! It’s a bit more involved than other recipe but the final result is well worth the extra effort.

I just loved this delicious recipe tried at my uncle’s home. he just lived this. This creamed spinach recipe looks like the perfect balance of creamy and savory!
