This was so easy! My whole family loved it. I’m not sure why others had problems with it. I followed the instructions exactly as written and it came out perfectly.

Followed it perfectly and after 15 minutes the liquid was not absorbed and the rice was undercooked.

Me too 🙁 I was devastated I didn’t have a side available for my family with our dinner. I accidentally tried this recipe in the past too. It was just as miserable the first time. Website is so cute that it fooled me ugh!

I meant that when it’s done and rested I add the lime juice. I wasn’t able to edit my post
