I’ve got lots of beets growing in my garden, so now I’m looking for some beet recipes. this was delicious. I used good olive oil and some Canadian maple syrup. will be making this many more times. thank you for your recipes

This is a gorgeous salad!!!
Perfect recipe and everyone raved about it. I have never liked beets but decided this recipe looked to good not to make. I am learning to like beets and ate them for the first time!!

Wow wow wow!!! This was a fabulous salad!! I made it vegan by using Violife brand Feta, and I was (unusual) out of walnut oil so used a good olive, used salad greens & a bunch of steamed golden beets I had - so whole salad came together in 15 mins! It was decadently fabulous! It’ll be going into regular rotation around here till the season’s over. Thank you for an amazing recipe - found when I googled golden beets feta walnuts ?

LOVE this recipe. I have made it twice so far and both times have not disappointed. *I have not added quinoa. I have also used this beet roasting recipe several times and it’s super easy. I highly recommend this!
