This is one of my favorite new recipes for when guests are over! It was so quick and easy to make. It’s like a deconstructed, mini apple pie. I topped it with vegan ice cream, vegan whipped cream, and homemade apple butter. Everyone who tried it fell in love! I baked the filled apples in a muffin tin, so they were supported in the oven. I highly recommend this recipe!

Hi Sue, our cups are volume measurements – 237mL equals 1 cup. The cup weight of each ingredient will vary depending on what it is. You might be able to find equivalents online. I’m sorry I can’t be more helpful!
