The best salad dressing! I’ve been making this nearly weekly since I discovered it. So full a flavour. I double the garlic & Dijon mustard. Delicious with the Spinach salad.

Love this recipe! I add a couple of tablespoons of Apple Butter, and it’s so good on a harvest salad.

I made it exactly as the recipe said. It just tasted like oil and vinegar basically. I doubled the salt, added more mustard, garlic and a splash of lemon juice. It was very good.
