This white sangria is the perfect summer cocktail for a crowd! A mix of white wine, orange liqueur, and summer fruit, it's fruity, refreshing, and so easy to make. Note that this recipe tastes best after it chills overnight, so make sure to prep it a day before serving.
Ingredients
3peaches, pitted and sliced*
1small orange, thinly sliced into rounds or half-moons
1lime, thinly sliced
1cupraspberries and/or sliced strawberries
¼cupfresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish
1(750 mL) bottlelight-bodied, dry white wine, I like Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc
¼ to ½cuporange liqueur, like Cointreau or Grand Marnier
In a large pitcher, place the peaches, orange, lime, berries, and mint.
Pour in the wine, ¼ cup orange liqueur, water, and simple syrup or peach schnapps and stir. Taste, adding more orange liqueur for a boozier sangria. Chill overnight.
Pour into glasses filled with ice. Garnish with fresh mint and serve.
Notes
* The peaches will brown as the sangria chills. I often add two right away for flavor and save one to add just before serving so that it stays vibrant.
