We have a very similar incarnation here in King Salmon, Alaska. We call it the “Moscow Moose”, paying homage to a local icon. Adding some wild Alaskan cranberries takes it to the next level. Come visit us, you can work on some wild salmon dishes. C’mon, you know you want to. They named the town ‘KING Salmon’ for a reason. Take care.
