The first time I made these, they were fabulous. The second time, a disaster. They came out too thin and burnt. What should I do to prevent these uneven results?

How much flax seed egg is there after it soaks up the water? I wanted to attempt this, but use bananas as a binder, as I’m not necessarily comfortable using flax seed.

In reply to Sage. Hi Sage, I haven't tested that, but I think it would work! I would go down to 1/4 teaspoon sea salt in that case because vegan butter is generally salted.

Not even vegan, but this is my favorite peanut butter cookie recipe of all time!! The texture is perfect and the flavor is incredible. Would recommend these over non-vegan peanut butter cookies to anyone seeking a solid, easy-to-follow recipe!
