What’s the secret to getting the muffins to come out clean, and not stick to the pan. I try oils but nothing seems to work.

In reply to Grace. Hi Grace, I wouldn't recommend doing that, we've had some mixed results baking with oat flour. I think you could use more AP flour though!

Made two batches of these, left out the chia and put in lingonberries, which grow wild where I live. SO GOOD. Thank you for a wonderful recipe that I will come back to again and again.
