Aw that’s too bad about not freezing them we are looking g for a recipe prep to freeze for camping. We have done similar at camp..but I often forget to soak them so the recipe we use can get away with a 2 hour soak but I always think these are so good!! Imagine if we marinated over night or even several hours. Lol

Hi Karina, I wouldn’t recommend freezing these, but the grilled hot dogs should keep for about 3 days in the fridge.

These were so fun and delicious! My 4-year-old thought the idea of a “carrot dog” was too funny, and she gobbled the whole thing up! Will definitely make again.
