I usually struggle to bring variety in pasta recipes because I have an extremely picky kid who simply won’t touch the food when he sees vegetables in it. So my hack has been to always grind veggies. But this was such a delicious recipe that my kid thought it was Alfredo and just ate it (he hates cauliflower btw and had no clue this was full of that). Thank you very much.

Super yummy!! I added an extra garlic glove, lots of pepper, a bit of miso paste and served it with steamed broccoli (just throw it in with your pasta – I made mine with fusilli) and chopped walnuts for a lil crunch – will definitely make again!
