Hi… I’ve been making all of your soups throughout the winter. Absolutely love them!
Can you please tell me which cookbook has the 35 soup recipes, please. Would really like to buy.

Roasted a red bell pepper and half a head of garlic in the oven with the tomatoes. Peeled the skin off before combining ingredients on the stove. Used homemade chicken stock instead of vegetable. Used all fresh herbs because the garden is happy. Drizzled with some fancy olive oil to serve. All I have to say is wow, wow, wow!

This was delicious, and I’m not normally a big fan of tomato soup! (I made it for my dad). I did blend in about 1/3 cup heavy cream when blending at the end.

Amazing. Just made it for the first time – substituted the vegetable stock with beef, and added the white wine and cashews as recommended by another reviewer when deglazing. My partner gave it the ‘best soup I’ve ever had’ award.
