					<description><![CDATA[It was such a delicious fun meal to make. I had very little jackfruit left so I added chicken seitan which I sliced thinly. I also added queso fresco and shredded cheddar  cheese. So yummy. 
It was impossible to make it with corn tortillas without fried each individual in drops of oil in a few seconds. It became studier, malleable and remain in shape. I was frustrated and it dawn on me , heat and oil can keep the tortilla from falling apart. Thank you so much for sharing. I&#039;ve been making your recipes for year.]]></description>
