Do you peel the sweet potatoes? About how long, in general, do you roast them? I did not see the recipe for the tahini dressing. Sounds delish!!!

I plan to make this with spinach, which I think is what I see in your photo (since am making another salad using arugula). Looks beautiful. Looking forward to tasting the dressing too. Thx.

The tahini dressing was to die for.. Everything in this salad was super healthy. Will be making again and again.

Love your recipes. For health reasons I had to eat healthier , but I needed inspiration. Your recipes have given me this . Hubby and myself are lLOVING the the sensational mixture of your recipes have. I never knew salads could taste so good . The sweet potato one is a firm favourite. Thank you so much
