Sweet potatoes are the best! Those tacos look amazing, they will be pinned immediately to try out asap. I’ve got a recipe for a traditional Danish dish with a twist hitting the blog soon – it’s a sort of potato hash, but I’m using sweet potatoes because I simply cannot get enough of them. Thanks for sharing this!
