I’ve made this three times for different brunch and dinner guests! It’s fantastic. I sub chopped fresh baby spinach for kale and serve it with grilled salmon on the side for added protein. A recipe I’ll make for years to come. Thanks for posting.

I made this today and it was delicious! The combination of the sweet, savory and smoky flavors is perfect. The only thing I changed was using spinach instead of kale. I will definitely be making this again soon!

Totally delicious, and speedy to make as I had already roasted the sweet potatoes. I subbed in spinach as I had no kale – worked perfectly.

Yummy recipe but I would definitely say it takes about 20-25 minutes to cook the sweet potatoes in the pan
