Delicious recipe! I was unsure of what to do with the remaining cooked stuffed shells (I cooked the whole box)- in retrospect, I should have counted out 20-25 uncooked before tossing them into the boiling water. Nonetheless, it was a great recipe, will be using in the future, Thank you!

I made the stuffed shells tonight. A big hit, but, personally I would have cut back on the lemon zest by half to the filling and added 2 eggs and a smidge of nutmeg. I also spread a thin layer of marinara on the top and sprinkled mozzarella. Set it under the broiler for a few minutes to brown up the mozzarella. Very good ! A must try
