Easy and delicious. I have made this a few times. Sometimes I just add some salsa instead of tomatoes or red onion instead of white. Take your time and really toast your rice, it makes a big difference.

I love all the stuff you put online, so I bought the cookbook thinking I would find these recupes in your cookbook however it is not, and it is hard for me to keep track of recipes I enjoy when it is online which is why I bought the cookbook thinking it will be in the book.
