I’m disappointed. The sauce was meh but I only put one pepper so maybe my ratio wasn’t quite right. I normally like tofu but it was rubbery and the sauce didn’t make it better. I made salsa verde also so none of this was a quick dinner. Not sure this will be a repeat of us.

Do I take the pepper/tom/garlic tray out when I put the tofu in the oven or leave it to bake alongside the tofu?
