Wondering if instead of using vegan butter, would cashew butter would be an option here? I don’t use vegan butter for anything so I’d hate to buy it just for this. Also not great at baking so need all the help/tips I can get ?

I’ve used your recipe twice now, with great results. I use half coconut oil and half Earth Balance. The recipe has even made it into my handwritten recipe card collection. 🙂 Thanks!
