I’ve been making scrambled eggs for decades the same exact way. I decided to try making them like this and oh my word I was shocked. These were so creamy and delicious, easy to make and flavorful. I used Kerrygold butter both for the pan and to add richness to the eggs. I did a very light sprinkle of Mrs. Dash table blend though if I’m being honest it didn’t really even need to be added. A little salt and pepper on top finished with cheese. I will never make eggs the same way again! 5 stars all the way!
