I’m sticking to my low carb kick and this would be so easily adaptable with swapping out the tortilla! Thank you! I found a bunch of other great high protein recipes in the new Melanie Wildman cookbook. I wasn’t sure if I was going to like it, but it turned out to be a keeper! Thank you again!
