I was nervous about introducing a squash side dish to my husband (though he is usually game enough to try anything). This was an enormous hit! Delicious & satisfying & beautiful! I think we both had 3rds, if not 4ths! LOL I’ll definitely make again & thank you SO MUCH for posting this recipe. <3
