I roasted the carrots and used real maple syrup. The carrots were wonderful! Even my husband liked them! Thank you.

In reply to Tom. That is exactly what I think when I read recipes from other countries. I have to constantly look up how many grams in an ounce or what to set my oven to in F. But if the recipe looks interesting enough I just do the conversions.

Seems like a nice website but everything is in American metrics, we use degree’s C and Grams/Kg, having an option to show in this format or at least showing alongside American metrics would attract a broader viewership.

I have never roasted carrots before. But I saw some colored carrots and figured why not! This recipe was awesome and so easy. It was good enough that the wife said “these are the carrots I want from now on, please and thank you”…..lol

I made this recipe for dinner, and it was delicious!!! I doubled the recipe, and my carrots needed 4 extra minutes… my family devoted them!!!
