I love roasted carrots normally, but this cilantro yogurt sauce would definitely make them that much better. Love all of the flavours! So creative 🙂

Isn’t amazing how roasting almost any vegetable instantly makes it incredible! I love how the sweetness totally shines in roasted veggies – beautiful pics too!
