This sounds so flavorful, and so healthy! There are a lot of ingredients in here that I should be eating more often, like lentils and fresh garlic. I’ll definitely be giving this a try. It would be good to make a big batch and freeze some smaller portions.

I made this yesterday in advance of a freezing rain day today, and it was heavenly. I find letting soup sit for a day, really let's the flavors mingle! I had two heaping bowls and there's still plenty left for tomorrow! The lemon really makes the flavor pop and I also added some chopped cilantro, so yummy takes it to a whole other level. I imagine a pinch of cinnamon would be complimentary too with these Middle Eastern spices...I'll try it tomorrow! 10/10

Outstanding recipe and delicious soup I ended up adding a full lemon at the end and a tiny bit of turmeric, the rest, I followed precisely, 10/10
