Our menu for Mother’s Day is not yet planned – but it will certainly include fresh vegetables from the Wednesday CSA delivery and the lemon bars you recently featured!

I’ve asked my kids for a vegan tea: watercress and cucumber sandwiches, little fruit tarts, etc. Already looking forward to it!

I own both your cookbooks and while I would like to try something new my go to desert for mother’s day is the delicious chocolate mousse in your first book. No one can ever believe that it is actually healthy and pretty much a guilt free dessert!

Since I am trying to eat a mostly plant based diet, I would love for my family to make me a veggie lasagna. I’ll even help make the homemade pasta 🙂
