I LOVE to cook, but on my dream Mother’s Day, my husband and kids will make all the meals and more importantly do all the dishes:)

I have really be into Ayurvedic cooking lately, so I would like a lovely vegetarian curry or dal.

Haha, Reservations. I don’t know how the tradition started, but this is the one holiday where we go out to eat. But I can certainly enjoy the cookware for all the others.

Smoked salmon on a bagel with capers and red onion! Simple but delish and reminds me of home. Oh and a squeeze of lemon 🙂

If I were closer to my mother, I’d make her a beet salad and something with asparagus, since those are two of her favorite veggies.
