    My mom passed away last year. To honor her, there’s an Alzheimer’s home care not far away from where I live. I’ll go through your recipes tomorrow and will cook and deliver to them[dry food] next week. I’ll be their son, brother, uncle or whatever they’ll see me to fit their reality.

    Rosemerry roasted chicken with roasted red potatoes, carrots and red onion. For dessert whole made shortcake and strawberries.

    Crown rack of medium rare lamb with ramp scaps and rosemary with steamed broccoli crowns with lemon herbed butter. A lovely Barolo. For dessert, Tofts (Ohio) Butter Pecan ice cream with three pretzels, a family Sunday tradition.
