Banana Pancakes and a big fruit salad!
After a breakfast in bed, which is VERY well intended by my children, I’ll be making a lasagna! My grandmother’s tradition, passed to my mother, that hopefully will continue on…. Salutè y Chin Chin!
I will be cooking fillet of beef tenderloin that I have just finished 40 day wet aging. With grilled asparagus, baked potatoes and sauteed mushrooms.
I will eat anything, as long as I don’t have to cook!!
