I wish one of my daughters would make me a chocolate mousse or a créme brûlée. I’m not usually one for desserts but on a special day, like Mother’s Day, I seem to crave something very sweet. ❤️
Unfortunately, I live a thousand miles away from my mom, so I won’t be with her on Mother’s day. But if I was with her, I would cook up some Indian food for her!!

She has been traveling to take care of a sick relative these past few weeks. I’ll be making her favorite Cauliflower Mac and Cheese and a pecan pie to welcome her back to her Southern home.
