I would love for someone to make me your healthy breakfast casserole! And a side of peanut butter chocolate rice crispy treats for dessert, ha. I’m pregnant right now so my motivation comes and goes, but the appetite is coming back! ?

I am making baby Bella mushrooms with baked beef tips. Fresh baked artisan bread for dipping up all the good things in the pot. A green vegetable and some sorta of dessert.

Sadly I’ve been away from my mother for the last several Mother’s Days, but I’d like to make her something vegetarian/pescatarian and suitable for her sensitive stomach, like banana buckwheat pancakes or (her favorite) a rhubarb and strawberry crisp. 🙂

One year for Mother’s day I made profiteroles from scratch because she had them somewhere and loved them. She is not alive anymore but its one memory I wont forget.

I don’t really mind what they make, as long as they make something!

I am absolutely loving your new cookbook and continue to use your first one! I made Easter brunch for my family with your recipes and they were a big hit. I could eat all of those again!
