I am making your apple oat muffins from Love and Lemons Everyday for breakfast and your artichoke and pesto pizza for lunch! I have loved the new cookbook – a particular new favorite is the Morroccan carrot and lentil salad. SO GOOD!

Ina Garten’s Omelette for Two amped up for 5:). We had chickens for years before we moved to Florida and having fresh eggs with the zip of heat from the jalapeno makes this my go to “wow” breakfast. What makes it even more special is I make it with my grandmother’s iron skillet.

Unfortunately I’m far away from my stepmom for Mother’s Day, but I wish I could make her something springtime-y and delicious so she could sit back and relax.
