Ina Garten’s Omelette for Two amped up for 5:). We had chickens for years before we moved to Florida and having fresh eggs with the zip of heat from the jalapeno makes this my go to “wow” breakfast. What makes it even more special is I make it with my grandmother’s iron skillet.
